We want you to love what you purchase from our site! If you aren't completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Items 30 days past the delivery date
- Gift cards
- Items that have been used, washed, or have had the original tags or packaging removed.
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- We can only accept returns for products purchased directly from our website, www.youngeden.com.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately at email@example.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right!
How to start a return
Initiate a return by logging in to your customer account, finding your order and selecting “Request Return." Choose the item you want to return from the order and share a reason for returning the item. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions. A flat return fee of $4.99 will be applied to cover shipping in the U.S. and will be deducted from your refund amount. Buyers from Canada are responsible for return shipping fees to our warehouse in California. Please note that the poly mailers we use to ship all items are reusable and include a second adhesive strip for you to easily reuse for any return shipments.
Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

While we do not currently offer traditional exchanges, you can send back your current item for a $4.99 return fee within the U.S., and we will cover free shipping for the replacement order to U.S. customers. Due to high international shipping costs, buyers in Canada will be responsible for both the return shipping cost and shipping cost of the new item sent.
A full item refund of the original item will be issued to your method of payment once the current item is received in new and unused condition. Contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org if you would like to facilitate an exchange.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Shipping fees cannot be refunded unless your purchase arrived damaged or defective. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
