We want you to love what you purchase from our site! If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

How Returns Work

Young Eden is a marketplace featuring a variety of brands. This means each brand ships directly to you from its own warehouse or storefront. As a result, returns must be sent back individually, with a separate package and shipping label for each brand, to ensure they reach the correct return location.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unworn and unused
  • With original tags attached
  • In its original packaging

Items That Cannot Be Returned

We cannot accept returns on the following:

  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
  • Gift cards
  • Used or washed items, or those missing tags or original packaging
  • Items marked as Final Sale
  • Shipping fees (non-refundable)
  • Items not purchased directly from our website, www.youngeden.com

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us immediately at support@youngeden.com so we can make it right.


How to Start a Return

  1. Log into your customer account.
  2. Find your order and click “Request Return.”
  3. Select the item you’d like to return and provide a reason.
  4. If your return is approved, you'll receive:
    • A return shipping label
    • Instructions on how to return your item

U.S. Orders: A $4.99 return shipping fee applies to some returns and will be deducted from your refund.
Canada Orders: Buyers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Important: Items returned without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Gift Returns

Received a gift from Young Eden and want to return it? No problem. We offer store credit for returned gifts. Just email us at support@youngeden.com to get started.


Exchanges

We don’t currently offer direct exchanges, but here’s how you can swap an item:

  1. Return the original item (standard $4.99 return fee applies for U.S. orders).
  2. Once received, we’ll issue a full refund to your original payment method.
  3. Place a new order with the item you'd like instead.
    • U.S. Customers: We cover free shipping on the replacement order.
    • Canadian Customers: Responsible for both return shipping and the cost of shipping the new item.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the item was defective or damaged.
  • It may take several business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
